摘要
山东东营市南郊水厂2009年投产的超滤车间是国内首条10×104m3/d级的浸没式超滤净水系统,是常规处理工艺老水厂应对微污染原水升级达标的范例,为我国市政水厂建设有自己特色的大型浸没式超滤系统做了一个很好的示范。2012年实施的扩容工程将建设一座10×104m3/d规模、全新的以超滤为核心组合高密度生物接触氧化工艺,应对低温低浊、高藻、微污染原水的深度处理水厂,介绍了改(扩)建工程的设计、施工、调试及运行经验,可为类似水厂的建设提供借鉴。
The Chinese first 100000 m3/d immersed ultrafiltration membrane system has been put into production in 2009 in Nanjiao Waterworks of Dongying City.As an example that old waterworks using conventional treatment processes copies with micro-polluted raw water through upgrading,the Nanjiao Waterworks is a good demonstration for constructing large immersed ultrafiltration membrane system in Chinese waterworks.Since 2012,an other 100000 m3/d system for treating low-temperature,low-turbidity and high-algae micro-polluted raw water has been constructed.It is composed mainly of ultrafiltration and high-density biological contact oxidation.The design,construction,commissioning and operation of the reconstruction and extension project were introduced to provide reference for constructing similar waterworks.
