摘要
以无锡市三座自来水厂深度处理改造后生产经验为基础,结合太湖水质特点和工程应用实例,介绍了深度处理工艺运行管理经验,通过采样检测和数据汇总,分析了污染物去除效果、活性炭性能、生物膜生长情况;根据工艺选型和设备配置情况,对臭氧发生器、活性炭滤池进行了优化管理;通过能效分析,优化了运行参数,控制运行成本;通过问题分析和风险评估,完善了工艺系统。
The operation and management experience of O3/BAC advanced treatment process was introduced based on the production experience of Wuxi waterworks and Taihu Lake water characteristics.The removal efficiency of pollutants,activated carbon performance and biofilm growth were analyzed by testing samples and summarizing data.The ozone generator and activated carbon filter were assessed based on the process type selection and the equipment allocation.The operation parameters were optimized to control the operation cost by analyzing energy efficiency.The process system was improved by analyzing problems and evaluating risk.
