大中型水厂不停产全新改扩建工程实例

Renovation and Expansion Project of Large and Medium-sized Waterworks without Interruption of Production

素有“滤池博物馆”之称的沙坪坝老水厂设计规模为12.5×104m^3/d,原出厂水浊度勉强达到1 NTU.为了全面满足水质新标准并达到20×104 m^3/d供水规模,在边供水边施工的困难条件下,将老水厂不停产就地改建成全新的现代化大型水厂,在满负荷运行时出水浊度降至0.08～0.14 NTU,而设计预留的深度处理暂未实施,为将来嘉陵江水源水质变化、供水水质标准提升做好了充分准备.

Shapingba old waterworks was known as “the filter museum”.The design capacity was 12.5 × 104 m3/d,and the turbidity of the finished water was reluctantly 1 NTU.In order to meet the new standard of water quality and reach a capacity of 20 × 104 m3/d,the old waterworks was successfully reconstructed into a new modern large waterworks without interruption of production.At full load,the turbidity of the finished water lowered to 0.08 to 0.14 NTU without using the reserved advanced treatment unit.It is ready for the water quality change of Jialing River and improvement of water supply quality standard.
