摘要
通过对城北水厂V型滤池过滤周期、反冲洗时间运行参数及过滤流程进行系统性的跟踪分析,在确保供水水质和供水安全前提下,将过滤周期延长到56 h,反冲洗时间优化为气洗2 min、气水同冲6 min、水洗5 min;正常过滤时,增大恒水位稳定带;反冲洗时,调整洗后进水和洗后静置顺序,有效控制了初滤水峰值,使得滤后水水质较为平稳;全厂14组滤池全年可节约水量108.207×104m3,节水效果明显,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The filtration cycle,backwashing time and filtration process of V-type filters in Chengbei Waterworks were analyzed.Under the premise of ensuring water supply quality and security,the filtration cycle was extended to 56 h,and the backwashing time was optimized to 2 min for air washing,6 min for air-water washing time and 5 min for water washing.The constant water level stable zone was increased during normal filtration.During backwashing,inflow and standing orders after washing were adjusted,the initial filtered water peak was effectively controlled,and the filtered water quality was relatively stable.The 14 groups of filters could annually save 108.207 × 104 m3 of water.
