摘要
对某地毯厂原印染废水处理系统目前存在的问题和废水水质、水量进行调研分析,在充分利用原有处理构筑物和设备,同时利用厂区周围闲置场地的前提下,提出采用水解酸化/好氧接触氧化/混凝沉淀工艺结合低运行成本的生态塘和人工湿地生态处理技术进行改造。结果表明,改造工艺经调试运行稳定,处理出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度均可达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)的一级标准,但氨氮排放浓度超标较为严重,针对该问题提出了进一步的解决方案。
Based on the survey and analysis of the problems existing in the original printing and dyeing wastewater system and wastewater quality and quantity in a carpet factory,the modified process using hydrolytic acidification,aerobic contact oxidation,coagulation and sedimentation combined with lowcost eco-pond and constructed wetlands was proposed by making full use of the existing structures and facilities as well as the surrounding spare fields.The results showed that the modified process was performed stably.The effluent concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS and color could meet the first grade criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287-1992).However,the effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen exceeded the standard severely,hence the solutions were proposed.
