摘要
针对某污水处理厂运行中存在的问题,通过在氧化沟增设推流搅拌器、提升泵安装变频器进行设备改造;同时通过溶解氧、污泥浓度及回流比的合理控制等措施实现节能降耗,在保证出水水质达标的前提下,显著降低了运行成本。
In view of operation problems of sewage treatment plant,the energy saving and consumption reduction were achieved by adding push flow agitator in oxidation ditch,installing frequency converter of lift pump and controlling the dissolved oxygen,sludge concentration and recycle ratio.The operation cost was reduced while ensuring that the effluent meets the standard discharge.
