大口径长距离玻璃钢顶管的设计与应用 被引量:5

Design and Application of Large Diameter GRP Jacking Pipe in Long Distance Pipe Jacking Construction

摘要 针对直径为2 800 mm、单坑顶进长度为315 m的大口径长距离玻璃钢顶管工程,介绍了顶管施工所需顶力和管材极限顶力的计算方法,给出了不同规范关于顶力安全系数取值,并结合实际施工情况,对施工所需顶力的计算提出了建议。分析了大口径、长距离玻璃钢顶管的结构及工艺设计中的关键性问题,对模具锥度、中继间等具体问题进行了说明。该工程实践结果对玻璃钢顶管的设计具有较强的指导意义,有助于玻璃钢顶管的进一步推广和应用。 In view of GRP pipe jacking engineering with pipe diameter of 2800 mm and single pit jack length of 315 m,the calculation methods of jacking force of pipe jacking construction and limit jacking force of jacking pipe were introduced.The different jacking force safety coefficients in different specifications were presented,and combined with the actual construction situation,some suggestions on calculation of the jacking force of pipe jacking construction were offered.The key problems of structure and process of large diameter GRP jacking pipe in long distance pipe jacking construction were analyzed,and the taper of mould and intermediate station were described.These have a strong guiding significance for GRP jacking pipe design,and contribute to the further promotion and application of GRP jacking pipe.
