摘要
目的:介绍门诊药房绩效分配方案和实施效果,为加强人员绩效管理提供参考。方法:通过绩效考核、明确岗位职责、细化岗位分工,将奖金与职称和绩效分数同时挂钩,建立门诊药房绩效考核分配方案,并以药房盘点符合率和服务满意度等为指标进行评价。结果与结论:绩效分配方案的实施,提高了门诊药房工作人员的服务质量和工作积极性,药房平均盘点符合率从93%上升到99%,窗口平均服务满意度从80%上升到88%,取得了良好效果,促进了药房管理水平的提高。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the establishment and effect of performance-related distribution program in outpatient pharmacy and provide reference for strengthening the management of performance evaluations. METHODS: Through performance evaluation, more clear job responsibilities and the refined division of labor, performance evaluation-related salary depend on both the professional title and the workload, and the distribution program of performance evaluation-related pay was established and eval- uated using the coincidence rate of inventory and the satisfaction degree of service as index. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After the implementation of the distribution program, the service and the enthusiasm of the outpatient pharmacy staff have been im- proved. The coincidence rate of inventory has increased from 93% to 99%, and the satisfaction degree of service has increased from 80% to 88%. The distribution program obtains sound effect and improves the management of pharmacy.
