运用Excel表改进我院药品的有效期管理

Improvement of Validity Period Management of Medicines in Our Hospital by Excel Table

目的:加强药品有效期管理。方法:介绍医院药房药品有效期管理改进措施,即利用Excel表中的条件查找VLOOKUP函数功能,将单个"药品使用量、有效期、库存量"等Excel表格整合到同一Excel表格中并计算效期周转率,根据效期周转率确定高危效期药品并对其重新检查,以此加强"高危效期"药品检查力度,改进药品有效期管理方法。结果与结论:通过对"高危效期"药品的二次检查,促进了管理"高危效期"药品的针对性、全面性,减少了隐患。因此,借助Excel表的相应功能有助于提升药品有效期管理的质量和效率。

OBJECTIVE： To strengthen the management of validity period of medicine. METHODS： The improvement mea- sures for validity period management of medicines were introduced. By using VLOOKUP function of Excel software, the spread- sheets of ＂medicine amount, period of validity and inventory level＂ were integrated into one Excel spreadsheets, and the turnover rate of validity period was calculated. According to the turnover rate of validity period, high risk validity medicines were confirmed and rechecked to strengthen the inspection of high risk validity medicines and improve the management of validity period. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Through the secondary inspection for the high risk validity medicines, the pointed and comprehensive management of validity medicines has been improved, and hidden risk has been reduced. The application of Excel is helpful to im- prove the quality and efficiency of the management of validity period.
