我院全自动包药机的风险控制

On Risk Control of Automatic Medicine Packing Machine in Our Hospital

目的:介绍某院全自动包药机风险控制的经验。方法:从医师开具医嘱、自动包药机使用、药师操作及护士分药各环节等对该院全自动包药机的风险事件进行控制及总结分析。结果与结论:针对各环节的风险,分别采取了设定全自动包药机的药物填充量及预警量、药盒标注清晰规范、定期维护机器,药师各项操作流程明确分工、护士按餐次分药等措施;与控制前比较,各环节发生的错误分包次数均有减少。因此,对全自动包药机使用中的各项风险进行控制,可提高用药安全性。

OBJECTIVE： To introduce the experience of risk control of automatic medicine packing machine in our hospital. METHODS： The risk events of the automatic medicine packing machine were controlled, summarized and analyzed in the aspect of doctor＇s order, the application of machine, the operation of pharmacist and dispension by nurse. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Compared with before risk control, the times of wrong packing events has been decreased significantly by measures, such as set- ting the medicine filling quantity and warning capacity of automatic medicine packing machine, the clarity of drug box mark, regu- lar maintenance of the machine, the clear division of labor in the operation flow, dispensing drug by nurses according to the num- ber of meals.
