我中心疫苗有效期的管理

Analysis on the Management of Validity Period of Vaccine in Our Centre

目的:加强疫苗的有效期管理。方法:借助医院信息系统(HIS)中的高低储值设置、失效报警、库存禁用等功能,同时增加疫苗批号的可追溯管理和护士站疫苗注射管理等功能模块,再结合手工管理方法管理某中心疫苗有效期,评价管理效果。结果与结论:借助各项功能模块的合理运用,再结合严格执行疫苗的储存规定、疫苗合理摆放、近效期疫苗的精细化管理等手工管理方法,使该中心2010-2012年疫苗失效的报损率逐年明显下降,分别为0.039%、0.018%、0.007%,由此提高了疫苗有效期管理的效率和质量。

OBJECTIVE： To strengthen the management of the validity period of vaccine. METHODS： By using the functions of HIS, including the reserve level setting, failure alarm and disabled reserve, improving the traceability management of vaccine batch and vaccination management of nurse station, combined with manual management, the management methods of the validity period of vaccine were evaluated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Rational use of management function of HIS combined with man- ual management, including strictly executing the requirements of vaccine, distributing vaccines rationally and performing sophisti- cated management for nearly valid vaccines, decreased reported loss rate of disabled vaccine year by year, which were 0.039%, 0.018% and 0.007% from 2010 to 2012. The efficiency and quality of vaccine validation management have been improved.
