摘要 针对梅花井煤矿116101浅埋厚煤层大采高综采工作面工艺方式选择与优化问题,通过计算机模拟、优化和现场实测,优化了厚煤层大采高综采工艺方式及参数,确定116101大采高工作面的进刀方式为端部斜切进刀,循环作业方式单向下行割煤、上行清理浮煤,单向割煤时间为92min,每天循环进刀数为9刀,平均日产量为13383t。实测结果表明,在厚煤层工作面采用单向割煤、端部斜切进刀方式,一方面可以减轻工人的劳动强度,另一方面循环作业时间大大降低。 In view of the process selection and optimization problems of large mining height full-mechanized mining face in shallow thick coal seam in 116101of Meihuangjing coal mine,the process and parameter have been optimized by computer simulation,optimization and spot test.The research determined that the feed mode of large mining height is end oblique cutting.Cycle operation mode use unidirectional downlink cutting coal and clean up floating coal.The time of unidirectional cutting coal is 92min.Daily cutting feed circulation number is 9.The average daily output is 13383t.The experimental results showed that this process could reduce the labor intensity of workers and cycle operation time.
