对国外著名大型跨国矿业公司的经营规模进行了对比研究,重点对这些企业的全球化战略和国际化经验进行了研究分析,并为中国煤炭企业进入国际市场、提升竞争力提供了相关对策建议。

In this paper,the scales of overseas famous large multinational mining groups were researched,and these enterprises＇ globalization strategy and internationalization experience were analyzed as an emphasis.Moreover,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for China＇s coal enterprises to enter the international market and improve their competitiveness.
