摘要 目的探讨手术内镜规范化管理方法和手术内镜护士规范化培训措施。方法分析手术内镜管理现状和卫生部相关制度,建立内镜规范化管理模式:成立内镜专科组、建立内镜清洗工作站和辅助用房、配备内镜设备和器械,整合手术内镜资源及制定规范管理流程。结果 规范了手术内镜护士的培训和手术内镜管理流程,内镜手术效率提高和护理质量提高。结论手术内镜规范化管理是保障患者医疗安全的基本措施,是提高医疗护理质量的重要手段。 【Objective】To study the standardized management methods and nurse training measures of surgical endoscopic.【Methods】The management status of surgical endoscopic and the related systems of Ministry of Health were analyzed to establish the endoscopic standardized management model: the establishment of endoscopic specialist group,establishment of endoscopic cleaning workstation and auxiliary room,equipped with the endoscopic equipment and instruments,to integrate surgical endoscopic resources,standardize the management process.【Results】 Standardized training of surgical endoscopic nurses and management process of surgical endoscopic improved the surgical endoscopic efficiency and the quality of nursing.【Conclusions】The standardized management of Surgical Endoscopy is the basic guarantee measures of medical security.It is an important means to improve the quality of medical treatment.
