摘要
针对冲压千足金首饰出现的"生锈"问题,进行了生锈产品的检测分析,并对首饰生产过程和生产现场进行了调查。其结果表明,"生锈"千足金的整体成色满足标准要求,"生锈"问题源于生产过程中表面及次表面出现的异质点在饰品蘸酸处理时被腐蚀而形成显微孔洞。如果显微孔洞内的残液或酸洗物不能彻底清除,将继续对异质点产生腐蚀作用,在放置过程中腐蚀产物会逐渐向外扩散形成了变色斑区。为避免冲压千足金首饰的"生锈"问题,根本的解决办法是加强生产环境管理和过程控制,消除表面或次表面的异质点。
In view of the "rusting" problem of stamped 24K gold jewelries, the rusty jewelry samples were detected and the production process was investigated. The results show that the whole fineness of rusty 24K pure gold jewel- ries meets the national standard, the rusty zones originate from the heterogeneous particles on the surface or subsur-face, and these particles will be corroded into micro-porosities when the jewelry is dipped in acid. If the residual solution or heterogeneous pickling products in micro-porosities can not be thoroughly removed, they will continuously corrode the particles and the corrosion products will diffuse outward gradually and form discoloring spots. In order to avoid the "rusting" problem of stamped 24K gold jewelries ,the fundamental solution is to eliminate the heterogeneous particles on the surface or subsurface by strengthening the production environment and process control.
