阶段磨矿阶段浮选工艺在云南镇沅金矿的应用 被引量:6

摘要 镇沅金矿矿石为贫硫化物碳质微细粒浸染型难处理矿石。原选矿厂采用两段磨浮工艺,尾矿金品位较高,且金回收率很低。在选矿厂技术改造以及扩建2 000 t/d选矿厂的设计中,采用了阶段磨矿、阶段浮选工艺。建成投产至今,该工艺生产稳定可靠,尾矿金品位大幅降低,金回收率得到提高。生产实践证明,阶段磨矿、阶段浮选工艺是处理镇沅金矿难选冶金矿石较佳的工艺。 Microfine disseminated carbonaceous ores with low sulfide content in Zhenyuan gold mine belong to refractory ores. Previous process adopted by ore dressing plant is two stage grinding and flotation, resulting in high gold grade of taihngs and low recovery rate. Stage grinding and stage flotation process is applied in the technology renovation and the design of 2 000 t/d expansion project. Since the operation began, the process has been showing steady and reliable capacity, greatly reducing gold tailings grade and increasing recovery rate. Production practice proves that the stage grinding and stage flotation process is a better way to treat refractory ores in Zhenyuan gold mine.
