Effects of Laser Irradiation on Earlystage Embryonic Isozymes of Bufo Bufo Gargarizans

摘要 应用 YAG倍频激光器对中华大蟾蜍囊胚早期胚胎进行照射 ,对激光照射后发育正常和畸形蝌蚪用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行酯酶和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶分析。结果表明 :激光照射使酯酶活性升高 。 Applying YAG doublefrequency laser microbeam irradiated early blastula stage embryos of Bufo bufo gargarizans. The patterns of expression of esterase and lactate dehydrogenase isozymes were investigated in developed nomal and abnomal tadpoles after irradiation with laser by use of polycrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results show that laser irradiation made the activity of esterase higher and had no influence on lactate dehydrogenase.
