三代核电吊装施工用大型履带起重机适用性设计

APPLICABILITY DESIGN OF LARGE CRAWLER CRANE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THIRD GENERATION NUCLEAR POWER FACILITIES

摘要 从大型履带起重机现场适用性的角度出发,考虑施工安全性和经济性,针对我国第三代核电在建依托项目施工用大型履带起重机的选型、布置与吊装方案进行设计,兼顾了充分利用整机的起重性能及有效降低接地比压,不仅提高了施工效率,也降低了施工成本。研究成果对提高后续AP1000系列核电施工用大型履带起重机的适用性设计具有借鉴意义。 From the standpoint of applicability design of large crawler crane for the third generation nuclear power unit, considering the better economics and construction safety, it was analysed type selection, disposal of working field, and overhang method of large crawler cranes based on full utilization of the capacity and effective reduction of the groud bearing pressure, which can not only improve the construction efficiency but also reduce the cost of construction. This paper can provide experience for improving the applicability design of large crawler crane for construction of the successive APIO00 series nuclear power unit.
