河北省网络城镇系统节点设计与发展模式研究

The node design and development mode research of Cities and towns network system in Hebei Province

在全球经济一体化的背景下,城镇体系空间结构由单中心向多中心演化,形成新兴的网络城镇。本文运用网络城镇研究的新视角,从自然条件与资源基础、经济社会网络、交通通信网络、可持续发展潜力等四个方面,地级市、县(或县级市)两个层次构建了网络城镇指标体系,运用因子分析法、人工神经网络、模糊综合评价法对河北省网络城镇发展水平进行定量分析,采用ArcGis空间叠置分析技术选定中心节点,并基于区域差异确立了三种网络城镇发展模式,建立协调有序的网络城镇空间结构,以促进河北省城镇体系的健康发展。

In the context of gloW] economic integration, the spatial structure of urban system grows from single-center to multi-center, forming an emerging network of cities and towns. This article presents a new perspective that uses the research of cities and towns network. Meanwhile, according to some factors, such as Natural conditions and resource, economic and social networks, transportation and communication network and the potential for sustainable development and based on the two levels for prefecture-level cities, counties （or county-level cities）, this article forms a network of urban indicator system. Besides, this article applies three factors to the quantitative analysis of urban development level in Hebei province network, including Factor Analysis, Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. What＇s more, we use the ArcGIS space superpesition parsing technique to designate the town center node. Based on regional differences, we establish three networks of urban development model and a coordinated network of urban spatial structure, in order to promote the healthy development of the urban system in Hebei Province.
