摘要
目的：探讨老年患者的心理变化,寻找其特点,从而找到更好的心理护理方法.方法：通过对我院外科疗区的50位60-80岁的老年患者的护理,总结了5种典型的心理问题,并提出不同的护理解决方案.结果：个性化护理使得工作重点及工作方法更加明确.结论：老年患者在院期间保持着轻松的心情能更加有利于其配合治疗工作,更加有利于疾病的恢复.
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the psychological changes and the characteristics of elderly patients in order to find out the better psychological nursing methods. METHOD： 50 patients （60 - 80 years old） in surgical treatment area of our hospital were enrolled. Five types of typical psychological problems were sumarized and different nursing solutions were offered. RESULT： Personal nursing was focal point of the work. CONCLUSION ： Elderly patients with relaxing mood in hospital will receive the treatment actively and this will benefit their recovery.
