摘要 氧化应激因素是帕金森病发病的重要机制之一.越来越多的研究证实高水平的尿酸可以降低帕金森病的发病风险,尿酸水平会影响帕金森病的进程.尿酸对多巴胺能神经元具有一定的保护作用. Parkinson' s disease (PD) is a retrogressive disease of central nervous system. Its characteristic includes the degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in the midbrain. The morbidity of PD is 1.7% in the elderly ( 〉 65 years) in China. The pathogenic mechanism of PD is unclear. Now many studies show that uric acid may reduce the dangerous of the morbidity of PD.
