慢性阻塞性肺气肿临床治疗效果观察

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院在2009年8月～2012年6月间收治的74例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者，对所有患者的临床资料及实际情况进行分析，将74例患者随机分为2组，观察组38例，对照组36例，首先给予2组患者基础治疗，观察组再给予患者复方丹参注射液和黄芪注射液治疗，对照组患者则仅采用常规治疗，评估2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组38例患者中，基本治愈19例，显效15例，好转4例，无效5例，治疗有效率为89．5％，对照组36例患者中，基本治愈14例，显效11例，好转11例，无效5例，治疗有效率为69．4％。结论：对于慢性阻塞性肺气肿的治疗应当全面，才能有效强化治疗效果，满足患者的治疗需求，临床应用综合治疗的效果较为显著，值得进行推广应用。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods：The clinical data for all patients and the actual situation in our hospital from August 2009 to June 2012 were treated 74 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema analysis, 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group 38 cases, 36 cases of the control group, given the basic treatment of two groups of patients in the observation group and then given to patients with compound Danshen injection and astragalus injection, the control group of patients using only conventional treatment, to assess the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results ：38 patients in the observation group, the basic 19 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly improved in 4 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the effective rate of 89.5%, 36 patients in the control group, the basic 14 cases were cured, 11 cases markedly improved 11 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the effective rate of 69.4%. Conclusion ： For the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema should be comprehensive in order to effectively strengthen the therapeutic effect, to meet the demand for the treatment of patients, the clinical application of comprehensive treatment effect is more significant, worthy of popularization and application.
