碘造影剂对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the Value of Iodine Contrast Medium on the Urologic Disease

目的：评价碘造影剂泛影葡胺对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值。方法：回顾静脉肾盂造影患者的资料，2005年～2009年行静脉肾盂造影患者共122例，男性82例，女性40例。对照组122例。结果：造影检查发现，梗阻性肾病73例，多囊肾13例，慢性肾孟肾炎14例，先天性壶腹肾孟16例，先天性单侧双肾孟、双输尿管1例，单侧输尿管狭窄3例，2例因肾盂积水严重，输尿管不显影，无法明确诊断。结论：碘造影剂泛影葡胺价格低廉，使用时简便宜行，适合基层医院开展检查，基本能达到诊断目的。

Objective： To evaluate the value of the Iodine contrast medium meglumine diatrizoate on the Urologic disease. Methods： After Reviewing the information of the Intravenous pyelography sufferers,from 2005 to 2009 there were totally 122 cases of Intravenous pyelography sufferers,male 82 cases, female 40 cases . control group 122 cases. Result：As a result of the contrast examination, there were 73 cases of obstructive nephropathy, 13 cases of Polycystic kidney, 14 cases of chronic pyelonephritis, 16 cases of congenital ampulla of pelvis, 1 case of congenital unilateral double pelvis and congenital unilateral double ureter,3 cases of Unilateral ureteral stenosis. For the reason of the serious hydronephrosis, ureter can＇t develop ,2 cases were unable to confirm the diagnosis. Conclusion： Iodine contrast medium meglumine diatrizoate is cheap and convenient, Suitable for primary hospital to carry out inspection. It can basically meet the diagnostic purposes.
