48例微创颅内血肿清除术围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of 48 Patients Undergoing Minimal Invasive Intracranial Evacuation of Hematoma

目的:探讨脑出血患者围手术期的临床护理措施。方法:回顾性分析总结48例脑出血患者微创颅内血肿清除术,围手术期的护理措施,进行综合分析。结果:临床治愈28例(58.33%),部分恢复17例(35.21%),死亡3例(6.25%)。结论:对脑出血患者进行科学有效的护理,可提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率和死亡率,提高患者的生存质量和生活质量。

Objective： To study the nursing of patients undergoing minimal invasive intracranial evacuation of hematoma in the perioperative period. Methods：Nursing measures of 48 patients in the perioperative period were analyzed retrospectively. Results ：28 cases （58. 33% ） were clinically cured, 17 cases（35.21% ） were partially remission, 3 cases for death （6.25%）. Conclusion：Scientific and effective nursing of patients undergoing minimal invasive intracranial evacuation of hematoma are significant to therapeutic effect, and for reducing complications and decreasing mortality.
