血液透析患者的护理

Nursing for patients with hemodialysis

目的:探讨血液透析患者的临床护理。方法:选取我院收治的50例血液透析患者,采用全面护理方法观察护理效果,对病人进行总结。结果:经过我院一段时间的护理,患者病情得到控制,取得满意效果。结论:血液透析的全面护理对患者至关重要,对透析患者进行有针对性的心理护理,护理人员应全心投入到护理工作,为患者减轻疾病痛苦,提高透析的效果及患者的生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing for patients with hemodialysis. Methods：50 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital, nursing effect observation of using overall nursing method, carries on the summary to the patient. Results：after a period of timenursing in our hospital, patients with the disease under control, achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion：comprehensive nursing care of patients with hemodialysis is crucial for dialysis patients, weretargeted psychological care, nursing staff should devote to nursing work, to reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life andthe effect of hemodialysis patients.
