摘要
目的:探讨问题-讨论-指导(PDG)教学方法在皮肤科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院皮肤科进行临床实习的2008级临床医学专业学生100名,按照随机数字法随机分为2组,每组50例:1组为对照组(C组),采用传统单纯理论授课的教学法;另1组采用PDG教学法(P组)。2组学生在1个月见习结束时进行出科考试(包括操作和理论考)进行对比,通过教学效果评价表评价2组的教学效果。结果:P组的操作、理论考试成绩均显著高于传统授课教学法组,学生反映的教学效果评价表优良率明显好于传统授课教学法组。结论:PDG教学方法在皮肤科教学中优于传统授课教学法,值得大力推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of Problem - discuss - guidance (PDG) teaching method in probationary teaching of dermatology. Methods:A total of 100 probationary students of clinical medicine were randomly devidided to two groups: Control group (C group) using traditional teaching methods, and PDG group (P group) using Problem -discuss -guidance teaching method. Their operation and theory test score were recorded and questionnaire for subjective evaluation were collected at the end of one month probation. Resuits : The operation and theory test score in group P were both significantly better than those in group C ( both P 〈 0.05). The subjective evaluation of group P was superior to that of group C ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: PDG teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method which deserves to be popularly adopted.
