摘要
目的:通过试验优选黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用不同的投料时间、溶媒用量、提取时间、提取次数,以所提的黄芩苷总量作为考察指标,优选黄芩的最佳水提工艺。结果:黄芩生药切片,l0倍水量水煮提取两次,每次1.5小时,合并2次提取液,过滤,定容即得。结论:黄芩此种水提工艺稳定可行,可用于大生产。
Objective:To optimize the optimum water extraction process of Baicilin from scutllaria baicalensis through testing. Methods: Adopting different feeding time, solvent usage, exstracting titan and extracting times, theoptimum water extracting process of Scutllaria baicalensis was optimized with a total of Baicilin optimized as the index. Results: Crude drugs of S cutellaria baicalensis were sliced. Ten times the amount of water was added to boil and extract twice, 1.5h each time. theextracts of having been extracted for times were merged and filtered ,The capacity was measured. Conclusion:This kind of optimum water extraction process is stable and feasiile to be used for mass production.
