摘要
本文采用高分辨率的数值算法,分析了热解炉内多组份湍流流场。在冷态掺混实验以前对其进行了数值模拟以指导实验,数值模拟的结果定性上得到了冷态掺混实验的证实。为研究旋焰乙炔热解炉喷油联产乙烯的化学反应机理及工程放大问题提供了依据。
A modified higher-order and higher-resolution MUSCL-TVD scheme was applied to numerical investigation on the flow field of multi-component mixing in the flame reactor. The results were compared favorably with the available experimental data. The numerical simulation was implemented before the cold test. The results show that the diameter of the nozzle has little effect on the the axis of the jet while the ratio of main stream velocity to jet velocity plays the key role, which were confirmed by the cold test later.
