摘要
碳酸二甲酯是重要的有机合成中间体,相对于传统的生产方式,通过甲醇氧化羰基化法制备碳酸二甲酯具有高效和环保等优点。综述液相法、直接气相法及间接气相法3种不同生产工艺路线及使用的催化剂,通过对比分析指出各自的特点和发展趋势。
As an important intermediate in organic synthesis, dimethyl carbonate is produced by various methods. Compared with the traditional production methods, oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate has the advantages of high effectiveness and environmental friendness. The processes of liquid phase, direct gas phase and indirect gas phase and the catalysts were summarized, and the characteristic and development trend of the three processes were outlined.
