负载离子液体[hnmp]HSO_4催化剂在合成阿司匹林中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 由溶胶-凝胶法负载酸性离子液体N-甲基吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([hnmp]HSO4),制备得到硅胶负载离子液体。采用扫描电镜和红外光谱分析测试技术对硅胶负载离子液体进行表征,并以负载离子液体为催化剂用于阿司匹林的合成,考察负载离子液体的制备条件、负载离子液体用量、反应温度、反应时间和反应物配比等对合成阿司匹林的影响。结果表明,负载离子液体对于合成阿司匹林具有良好的催化效果,在n(水杨酸)∶n(乙酸酐)=3∶10、N-甲基吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐负载离子液体用量1.0 g、反应温度80℃和反应时间35 min条件下,阿司匹林产率可达87.20%。负载离子液体重复使用4次,仍表现出良好的催化活性。 The catalysts silica gel-supported ionic liquid N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone hydrosulfate ([ hnmp ] HSO4)were prepared by the sol-gel method and were characterized by using SEM and IR. The catalyst supported ionic liquid was used for the synthesis of aspirin. The effects of preparation conditions of the catalyst, the dosage of supported ionic liquid, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of the react- ants on the synthesis of aspirin were investigated. The experimental results showed that the supported ionic liquid possessed good catalytic effect for the synthesis of aspirin, and aspirin yield of 87.20% was attained under the condition as follows: salicylic acid/acetic 1.0 g, reaction temperature 80 ~C and reaction time good catalytic activity after being reused four times. anhydride molar ratio 3: 10, supported ionic liquid 35 min.
