摘要
目的探讨丁胺卡那霉素致泌尿系统不良反应的特点和转归,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对1995-2010年国内公开发行的有关丁胺卡那霉素发生的泌尿系统不良反应的医药期刊18篇共70例进行整理分析。结果引起血尿的有52例,急性肾功能衰竭8例,间质性肾炎5例,尿潴留2例,肾性尿崩症、排尿困难、尿闭各1例。结论应高度重视丁胺卡那霉素的泌尿系统不良反应,合理用药,提高用药的安全性。
Objective To explore the characteristics and prognosis of adverse reaction of urinary system induced by amikacin, and provide reference for clinical safe medication. Method Card of urinary system adverse reaction of kanamycin on occurrence of the amine 1995-2010 published in medical journals of 18, a total of 70 cases were collected and analyzed. Results There were hematuria 52 cases, acute renal failure in 8 cases, interstitial nephritis 5 cases, urinary retention in 2 cases, nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, difficulty urinating, and urine retention in 1 case. Conclusion We should pay attention to the adverse reaction of urinary system induced by amikacin, rational administration, improve drug safety.
