摘要
针对《生物化学》课程教学中普遍存在理论知识抽象复杂,传统板书或普通PPT课件很难形象生动演示化学分子的结构和反应过程,实验内容应用性差和学生的主动学习积极性不高等问题,提出从教学课件、网络教学支撑平台和实验教学三个方面进行教学改革的具体方法。在CAI课件中将图片、视频、动画、文字有机结合起来;在实验方法中让学生进行独立的实验操作和自我评价;在实验内容中引入设计性实验。教学改革能加强学生的学习趣味性,提高学生学习的主动性及自主学习能力。
The problems in biochemistry teaching are lack of vivid demonstration of the struc- ture of chemical molecule and the process of chemical reaction for students due to the intrica- cy of theoretical knowledge and no advanced teaching methods besides the blackboard and PPT,lack of students' interest in experimental course because of its inapplicability. In this paper,a teaching reform based on courseware, supporting platform of network teaching and experimental teaching is designed to solve these problems and the effects of this reform is analyzed. The teaching reform strengthens the students' learning interest, improves students' learning initiative and indeoendent ability of learning.
