摘要
为有效应对由于灾害事故对电网系统正常运行破坏引发的应急事件,结合地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)的相关技术与电网突发事件应急管理理论,提出关于电网应急态势标绘元素的分类体系,扩展了常规GIS系统的符号化方法与配置方式,并研究基于路径选择算法的电网应急态势标绘自动生成的决策模型。建设某省500 kV三维数字化系统,并在该平台上实现了辅助应急模块。通过历史数据的应急演练,验证了本研究的电网应急态势标绘技术的可行性与有效性。
In order to effectively deal with the emergency operation accident of power grid system failure caused by dis- asters, based on GIS technology and grid emergency management theory, a classification system of power grid emergency situation plotting elements was put forward, the symbol system and configuration method of traditional GIS were expanded. Then a power grid emergency situation plotting for automatic generation of decision model based on path selection algorithm was studied. By constructing the 500 kV 3D digital system of a province, the auxiliary emer- gency module was realized on this platform. The feasibility and effectiveness of the power grid emergency situation plot- ting technology was verified by the emergency drill of historical data.
