摘要
本研究合成了工业应用广泛的低黏度聚-α烯烃合成基础油,并研究了离子液体中阴阳离子配比、离子液体用量、反应温度和反应时间对合成基础油理化性能的影响。采用红外光谱分析仪、闪点测试仪和热分析仪等对合成基础油进行结构组成、理化性能与热稳定性能测试,并与现有基础油产品进行综合比较。研究结果表明,较佳反应条件为:[Bmim]Cl与AlCl3摩尔比为1.0∶2.5,离子液体用量质量分数为7%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间4 h。采用本方法合成的聚-α烯烃合成基础油(poly alpha olefin,PAO)侧链较长且结构规整,具有优异的理化性能与热稳定性能。
The low viscosity poly-α-olefin synthetic base oil was prepared from 1-decene. The effects of conditions and the catalyst on the poly-α-olefin synthetic base oil were studied, such as the molar ratio between anion and cation, the content of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time. The molecular structures of PAO were characterized by IR, and the physical and chemical properties were tested by flash point apparatus, etc. The thermal stability of PAO was an- alyzed by TA. The results showed the better experimental conditions, they were, the molar ratio between [ Bmim] CI and A1C13was 1.0: 2. 5 ,the mass fraction of catalyst was 7%, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 4 h. The synthesized PAO was of excellent physical properties, chemical properties, and thermal stabilities, which had long side-chain and regular structures.
