白蚁防治技术标准关于建筑设计与施工的误区分析

白蚁学是一门跨越多个基础学科的边缘学科,新建房屋白蚁预防施工技术标准是建立在白蚁学基础上的实践操作指南,对促进白蚁防治规范化具有重要意义。目前已颁布的多个版本的预防施工技术标准,由于与建筑学领域结合不够严密,部分基础理论研究尚未见成果,以及对白蚁、建筑物的地区性差异没有太多涉及,对化学屏障的设置理想化,部分内容在建筑施工过程中无法有效实现,或在建筑设计中阐述过于模糊,因此与建筑设计、施工的相关理论产生冲突。实现白蚁预防目标决定了须在建筑学理论框架下制定白蚁防治技术标准这一前提条件。

Termite discipline is a boundary science which crosses several basic disciplines. Construction standard of termite prevention for newly built buildings is a practice guideline based on termite discipline, and it plays an important role in promoting standardization of termite prevention. At present, the issued several editions of termite prevention construction standard are not connected to architecture discipline close enough, partial basic theories have not show re- suits yet, regional variation of termite and building are seldom mentioned, idealizing setting of chemical barrier but partial can not be put into practice during construction or vaguely described in architectural design, therefore, it conflicts with relevant theories of architectural design and construction. The aim of termite prevention determines that establishing termite prevention standard should be based on the frame of architectural theories.
