基层医生2010心肺复苏指南知识掌握情况的调查

An investigation on the primary-level doctors for their mastering the 2010 cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines

目的研究基层医生对2010年心肺复苏指南知识的掌握情况和对技能培训的看法。方法对在宣武医院参加急救技能培训的48名基层医生的2010年心肺复苏指南知识进行调查，内容包括心肺复苏理论和技能知识掌握情况；根据职称分为初级、中级和高级3组，比较3组成绩合格率的差别；发放调查问卷，研究基层医生对2010年心肺复苏指南培训的看法。结果基层医生2010心肺复苏指南知识掌握情况较差，技能合格率仅为18．7％；初级、中级和高级职称医生成绩无差别（P〉0．05）；95．8％的基层医生希望定期得到心肺复苏技能培训。结论基层医生2010年心肺复苏指南知识急普遍掌握较差，应定期对他们进行技能培训。

Objective To explore the primary-level doctors on how they understand the 2010 cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） guidelines as well as their opinion about CPR skills training. Methods 48 primary-level doctors who participated in 2010 CPR guidelines training in our hospital were surveyed in areas of CPR skills and theory. The doctors were divided into primary, intermediate and senior groups based on their respective titles. The difference of the passing score between the three groups was analyzed, and their opinion on the offered training program was collected. Results It reflected a poor score on mastering 2010 CPR guidelines of 18.7%, with no difference found between the three groups （P 〉0.05）; 95.8% of the primary-level doctors expressed their desire to receive CPR training on a regular basis. Conclusion Resulted in a poor score on mastering 2010 CPR guidelines training, it is suggested that CPR training on a regular basis be recommended.
