城镇化战略下基层党建格局的转型与重构——基于苏南区域发展的研究

基于苏南区域发展背景,从城乡组织形态、社会流动与集聚形态、党员结构与基层组织状态等三个视角,对城镇化战略下基层党建格局的转型与重构作分析。城乡区域的大幅度调整、组织结构与治理职能的深刻变革,促使党的基层组织体系加速转型;人口资源向城市集聚、农村社会治理面临的压力,导致城乡基层党建工作重心发生战略性转移;党员队伍差异性扩大和分散性、流动性加剧,市场竞争造成的基层党组织稳定性减弱、体制变革导致基层党组织的功能重构,要求城乡基层党建工作模式必须作相应的调适。

The thesis tackles the transition and reconstruction of Party building in southern Jiangsu Province,where tremendous changes have taken place thanks to the ongoing urbanization movement.Regional adjustments between urban and rural areas and reforms in organization structure and government functions have accelerated the transition of the Party ＇s organization system.The accumulation of rural populations into cities has triggered a strategic shift to the Party building at grassroots levels.The floating of Party members and increasing market competition shook the stability of Party organizations at grassroots levels.All these factors request the Party setups at grassroots levels to conduct corresponding adjustments.
