摘要
根据谐波传动齿啮式输出刚柔轮齿的啮合特点 ,建立了一种同时考虑啮合侧隙和啮合效率的齿啮式输出啮合参数优化设计的数学模型。该模型有 7个变量、2个目标函数、3个等式约束条件和 7个不等式约束条件 ,优化方法采用罚函数法。文中对优化实例的结果进行了分析 ,得出了通过适当提高径向变位系数和轮齿齿高可改善轮齿啮合性能的结论。
According to the meshing characteristics of the gear engagement output in harmonic drive, this paper establishes the optimum mathematical model of the engagement output meshing parameters, which considers the backlash and the meshing efficiency. The mathematical medel has 7 design variaties, 2 object functions, 3 equality constraints and 7 inequality constraints. The optimization is used as a penalty function method. The paper also analyzes the optimized results of an example and draws the conclusion that the engagement quality can be improved through properly increasing the modification coeffcient and teeth height of gears. The method and the conclusion obtained from it are proved to be useful in designing the harmonic drive of the engagemant output.
