摘要
干涉法不仅能测量直角棱镜的 |△ 90°|和塔差 | γA| ,而且能简便精确地测量△ 90°、△ 45°和γA。这些会给光学冷加工在角度修改时带来方便。
Using interference method,not only the ｜△90°｜ and pyramidal error ｜\%γ\-A\%｜ but also the △90°,△45° and \%γ\-A\% of the right angular prism can be measured. This makes angle correction of optical forming convenient.
