瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of rosuvastatin in treatment of chronic heart failure

目的本研究旨在对瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果进行观察和探讨。方法选择青海省人民医院自2011年6月至2013年1月收治的CHF患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者采取利尿剂、硝酸盐类和ACEI的常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀(10mg/d)治疗。结果实验组总有效率达到92.5%;对照组总有效率达到72.5%,其差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组的心功能指标参数:LADD、LVESD和LVEF分别为(28.2±4.7)、(35.3±5.7)、(44.9±8.3)mm,与对照组相比,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗CHF的效果明显,能显著改善并稳定患者病情。
