岩舒注射液配合化疗治疗老年肿瘤的初步研究

A preliminary study of Yantis injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of senile tumor

目的研究岩舒注射液配合化疗治疗老年肿瘤的临床效果。方法采用对比治疗的方法,将重庆合川区人民医院收治的老年肿瘤病患按照1∶1的人数比例分为实验组和对照组,对实验组病患给予岩舒注射液配合化疗进行联合治疗,对照组病患仅给予常规化疗治疗,实验期结束后,比较两组病患的治疗效果。结果实验组病患完全缓解的有4例,占22.6%,部分缓解的有29例,占46.8%,病灶稳定的有18例,占29.0%,疾病进展的有1例,占比1.6%,总有效率为69.4%。结论岩舒注射液联合化疗在治疗晚期恶性肿瘤方面作用效果明显,能有效控制癌症病灶发展,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yantis injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of se- nile tumor. Methods By contrast treatment in our hospital,elderly cancer patients in accordance with the proportion of 1 ： 1 were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group patients given Yantis injection com- bined with chemotherapy in combination therapy, the control group only received conventional chemotherapy in the treat- ment of patients ,the end of the experimental period, compared two groups of patients patient treatment. Results The experimental group patients in complete remission 4 cases ,22. 6%, partial remission in 29 cases, accounting for 46. 8%, 18 cases were stable,accounted for 29% ,1 cases of disease progression,accounted for more than 1.6% ,the total effec- tive rate was 69. 4%. Conclusion Yantis injection combined with chemotherapy in malignant tumor of obvious effects in the treatment of advanced, can effectively control the cancer lesion development, relieve pain, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
