复方炉锌硼散对皮肤病的疗效观察

Effect observation of compound furnace of zinc and boron powder curative on skin disease

目的观察复方炉锌硼散对新生儿臀红、湿疹、褥疮患者的疗效与安全性。方法把新生儿臀红、湿疹、褥疮疾病的患者随机均分观察组和对照组两组,观察组用复方炉锌硼散局部外用,对照组用氧化锌软膏局部外用。结果观察组臂红、湿疹、褥疮有效率分别为100.00%、96.67%、90.00%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方炉锌硼散制备工艺简单,能为新生儿臀红、湿疹、褥疮的患者提供一种新药,且临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the effect of self - made compound furnace of zinc and boron powder curative effect and the safety of neonatal redness, eczema, bedsore patients. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two newborn red buttock,eczema, bedsore disease of the two groups and the control group, the observation group used self- made compound furnace of zinc and boron powder topical, control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment topical. Re- sults Observation group arm red, eczema, bedsores rates were 100. 00% ,96. 67% ,90. 00%, than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound furnace of zinc and boron powder preparation process is simple, can provide a new drug for patients with newborn red buttock, eczema, sore, and good clinical curative effect.
