摘要
美国在校车运营与管理方式上具有世界领先水平,其校车广告运营方面也有明确的规范,积累了丰富经验。其重要特点是:在重视公益性及有益于儿童身心健康发展之余,通过广告收益也为校车运营提供了一定的的资金保障。我国校车制度于2012年开始建立,但对校车广告尚缺少明确的规定,因而美国校车广告的基本做法对我国校车广告制度的建立有着诸多启示及借鉴意义。
As is known to all, the model of the American school bus operation and management is advancing in the wold, and there are also certain regulations on school bus ads in the United States, lots of experiences accumulated in the field. The important features of school bus ads are as follows: the U.S. School bus ads pay attention to public welfare and insurance for children's physical and mental health ,while also making some financial income which will helpful fo school bus operation smoothly. In current China regulations concerning the operation of school bus has been established since 2012, but there are still lacking of regulations on school bus ads. Therefore, we can learn a lot of experiences from the United States with regard to regulations on school bus ads.
