摘要
高速智能电子花样机属于一类精密数控机械,其工作时需要同时满足高速缝制和平稳运行两个关键性能指标。分析了现有电子花样机三维协同运动的时空模型,在研究相关算法的基础上,提出了一种分时分域的动态半互斥协同控制算法。讨论了该算法的基本原理;分析了该算法在提高上述两个关键性能指标方面的有效性;最后,讨论了算法的具体实现方式。
High-speed sewing and smooth operation are two key performance indicators for high-speed intelligent electronic pattern sewing machine, which belongs to a kind of precision computer numerical control (CNC) machinery. The three dimensional space-time model of cooperative motion for existing electronic pattern sewing machine was firstly analyzed. According to the study of three existing control algorithms, an improved dynamic half mutual exclusive collaborative control approach was proposed. Furthermore, the fundamental of this algorithm was discussed, and the two key performance indicators' effectiveness of the algorithm via analytical comparison was verified. In addition, the specific implementation of the algorithm was given.
