摘要
本文探讨了航空企业质量管理体系有效性的基本特征及其制约因素，提出了企业通过质量认证后，保持质量管理体系有效性的对策和建议。
In this paper, the restrictive factors and essential features of effectiveness of quality management system for aviation enterprises are discussed. When the enterprises have passed certification, the suggestions and countermeasures to keep constant effectiveness of the quality management system are proposed.
