摘要
综述了纳米乳液的性能特征及其制备方法,包括高能乳化法和低能乳化法;阐明了纳米乳液的不稳定机制主要是液滴聚合与奥斯特瓦尔德熟化;介绍了纳米乳液技术在化妆品中的应用优势,并对纳米乳液用于化妆品的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The characteristics of nano - emulsion performance as well as its preparation methods, including high- energy emulsification methods and low - energy emulsification methods were summarized. Main mechanisms for unstability of nano - emulsions were expounded as aggregation of fine droplets and Ostwald ripening. The advantages of nano - emulsion technology in cosmetic applications were also introduced. Besides, the future of nano- emulsion cosmetics was prospected.
