摘要
运用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)结合光谱扫描以及峰纯度检测建立了空气清新剂中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10)的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经无水乙醇超声提取后,经ODSCi8色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)分离,柱温为30℃,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,以DAD检测,检测波长为280nm。在此条件下,NP-10的最低检出限为3.0×10g·L;方法的精密度良好,相对标准偏差为0.19%;样品加标回收率为98%~101%;空气清新剂样品中NP-10的测定结果与实际添加值非常接近,说明方法准确可靠。
A new high performance liquid chromatography to determine ethoxylated nonyl phenol (NP- 10) in air fresheners by diode array detector (DAD) in combination with optical scanning and peak purity detection was established. The sample was extracted by ethanol under assistance of ultrasound and the components were separated on an ODS C18 column (5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) by gradient eluted with a mobile phase of methanol/water at 30℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1. The components were detected by DAD at wavelength of 280 nm. The detection limit was 3.0 × 10-4 g . L l, the average spiked recovery was 98% 101% , and the precision was good (RSD = 0. 19% ). The determination result was very near to the value of the actual amount of components added.
