洗衣房分配器控制系统的研究

针对当前国外洗衣房分配器价格昂贵、国产化率较低的现实,分析了国内对洗衣房分配器的需求与现状,研发出洗衣房分配器控制系统。洗衣房分配器控制对象多,输入信号复杂,采用高速ARM处理器加外扩I/O来实现控制。

In light of current situation of laundry trade in China that there is a great demand for supply of laundry distributor as well as its control system, while the supply is mainly dependant on imported equipment and the price is quite high, a new laundry distributor control system was developed according to research and engineering work that was based upon domestically independent intellectual property. In laundries, there are a lot of objects to be controlled and the input signals are very complicated. In order to resolve such difficulties and to realize the targeted laundry distributor control activities, high speed ARM processor and extended I/0 converters are adopted in the developed laundry distributor control system.
