摘要
文章采用历史研究法分析了开放科学的发展历程。研究发现,尽管目前的科学开放程度有了较大程度的提高,但还存在着诸多问题。对此,文章提出了针对性的解决措施,以期推动开放科学的发展。
This paper uses historical research method to analyze the development process of open science. This study finds that the degree of openness of science is much greater, but there are still many problems. So targeted measures are put forward to promote the development of open science.
