聚碳硅烷先驱丝的γ射线辐照不熔化特性研究

摘要 利用γ射线在空气中辐照聚碳硅烷先驱丝,研究了PCS先驱丝在空气中的辐照不熔化特性。结果表明,PCS在空气中辐照时产生了Si—O—Si、Si—O—C和Si—CH2—Si桥联结构;随吸收剂量的增加,辐照氧化增重率逐渐增大,辐照氧耗G值逐渐降低;先驱丝凝胶点剂量为1.5MGy,凝胶化剂量为4.0MGy;辐照可大幅提高PCS的热解产率,吸收剂量达凝胶化剂量时,PCS热解产率高达86.2%。 Polycarbosilane precursor fibers were irradiated by γ-ray in open air atmosphere. The irradiation cu ring properties were studied. Results showed that bridge structures of Si--O--Si, Si--O--C and Si CH2--Si are formed in the fibers when irradiated in air atmosphere. Weight gain of the fibers was increased, and oxygen comsumption was decreased with absorbed dose increasing. The gel point dose was about 1.5MGy and the gelling dose was about 4.0MGy, respectively. The pyrolysis yields of the PCS fibers could be improved by irradiation. The pyrolysis yields reach up to 86.2% when the absorbed dose reached the gelling dose.
